Notre Dame of Maryland University inducted Kristine (Scelfo) Henry as their 41st member in the Athletics Hall of Fame.

"Scelf" as she was known, is a 1997 graduate of the school and finished with a 3.8 gpa on her way to earning a degree in biology. 

During her playing career, she earned Most Improved Player as a freshman, posting 13 assists on the season, and also earned the
award during her one season of tennis.  

A captain her senior year she was named the team's Most Valuable Player and also earned All-American honors, scoring nine points and nine assists for the year. 

Kristine helped lead the Gators to a combined 49-17-1 record during her standout career and even pushed the Gators into winning the ECAC Championship in 1995. 

Upon graduating from Notre Dame, Kristine earned her Master's in Nutrition Education from Immaculata  University and also became Registered Dietitian certified.  For the past 12 years, she has worked at Union Hospital in Elkton, Md. as an inpatient clinical dietitian.

A soccer player from age 5, Kristine still stays active in soccer by participating in an adult league.  Soccer has been so integral to her life, that is was through the sport Kristine met her eventual husband, Ed, meeting at a soccer camp at Rutgers University. 

Along with her husband, Ed, she raises her two children, Mackenzie and Madyson.
