A 1985 graduate of College of Notre Dame of Maryland, Tina Holthaus Lewnes was inducted into the Notre Dame Hall of Fame in 1991.  

Majoring in education, she was a three-sport athlete, taking part in field hockey, swimming and lacrosse.  

A teacher,  she also serves as an assistant junior-varsity lacrosse coach for St. Mary's Parish School in Annapolis and has seen her three sons play lacrosse at the collegiate level.
